Simple advice for any rag: Do not get this permit.

Basildon council sold most of the town centre, so there is only a very little space to collect in. Lots of the shops are pretty shirty if you collect too near them (even on land that's not theirs), and it's generally more hassle than it's worth.

This made me especially sad because the people of Basildon were really generous to us when we were collecting.
