Forgotten Password

If you've registered before and forgotten what your password is then don't panic and follow the procedure below to reset it.

To reset your password.

• Click on the "Log in" link.
• Click on the "I forgot my password" link.
  
• Input your username and registered email address and click the "submit" button
  • If you can't remember which email you used to register with, try checking your email for any emails from UKRag. The address you received it on will be your registered email address.
  • If you don't remember your username, you'll need to email admin (AT) ukrag.net with as much info' as possible to help us find it.
• If you've filled out the form correctly the system will then send out a new password to the email addressed registered.
  • If you don't have access to the original email address you will need to email admin (AT) ukrag.net
• Check your email account for an email from UKRag.net.
• Follow the "New password activation" email instructions to confirm your request and set the new password.
• Finally, " Login" using your username and password (try not to forget them again!).

If you lack all the necessary information or hit problems with activating/confirming your request then please email admin (AT) ukrag.net for help.
